Refund & Replace Policy

If you have purchased from us and are having problems with your order that fall under these circumstances:

  1. Items have come damaged(proof is required)
  2. Items have been lost in the post(tracking is always available unless you have selected no tracking)

Then you can recieve a full refund or choose to have the items replaced with no cost to you!

If you have selected a shipping option that doesn't include tracking,you will not be eligible for our R&R policy as we cannot confirm the status of your order delivery.
